The 2010 Central Central Vermont Garden Show

This years show is being held at THE OLD LABOR HALL, a historic red brick building located on GRANITE STREET in the center of BARRE CITY, VT.

Our Theme is "GARDENS OF EARTHY DELIGHTS", celebrating the Joys of Spring and Earth's natural abundance. Additional themes for the FLORAL COMPETITION can be found on the Competition registration form.

Show Dates: Saturday, April 24^th 10am - 7pm

                       Sunday April 25^th 11am - 5pm

Exhibitor Set-Up Times:

Thursday (4/22) 9am-8pm

Friday (4/23) 9am-8pm

Set-Up for Market Place Vendors & Non Profits:

Friday (4/23) 10am-8pm

 All set-ups must be completed by 9am Saturday; doors open at 10

Take-Down will begin at 5:30pm Sunday; doors close at 5

Space Categories & Code Numbers

MAIN FLOOR: There are 8 different INDOOR spaces available (#ME-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)

  The space vary in size; for spaces (ME-1, ME-2, ME-6, ME-) are located against   a wall, the remaining spaces (ME-3, ME-4~Floral Competition, ME-5, ME-7)

  are free standing. All spaces have Electricity available!

OUTDOOR SPACES: There are 3 different OUTDOOR spaces available ( # O-,1,2,3)

 The entrance porch (0-1) is a covered space suitable for CONTAINERS. The other two spaces are uncovered-the original entrance stair (0-2) also suitable for CONTAINERS. ''Maggie's Tree Garden'' (0-3),is a grassed area near the entrance porch

* PLEASE NOTE: All Exhibitor spaces are $100 per space, unless otherwise noted on the Registration Form.

Exhibitors will provide all construction materials, including floor tarps, edging, exhibit, dividers (no curtains), retaining walls, plants, accessories, and labor.

All exhibitors must have current insurance.

Mulch will be available to help construction

SPACE WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
