The Gardener's Marketplace - Space Categories & Code Numbers
Main Floor: There are 10 Market place vendor spaces available: (V-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10)
Le Cafe Du Petit Jardin space (V-1) is approximately 12' X 20' wide and adjoins the new working mini-kitchen. The food vendor will provide 'lite fare' that does not require lengthy cooking (sandwiches, quiche, soup and salads, muffins etc.). Food should be available from 10:30am to 6:15pm on Saturday and 11:15am to 4:15 pm on Suday (Cafe vendor fee includes a 1/2 page Gazette sponsorship plus a Wall-Quote - a $65 value)
- Seven additional spaces (V-2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) are located along the back and side walls. These spaces are approximately 8' X 10'.
- The corner Marketplace Vendor Space (V-6) is approximately 12' X 12' (directly opposite the Hallway Exhibitor space M-8, the two spaces are available as a combo for a savings of $25).
* PLEASE NOTE: Marketplace Vendor spaces are $100 per space unless otherwise noted on the registration form
- Vendors may sell anything that can be legally sold in VT but items must have a garden, horticultural or environmental connection. Please indicate what you will be selling on the registration form.
- Vendors are responsible for tax collecting and reporting. We do not collect a sales commission.
- Food vendors are required to fill out an additional card - Thanks for your cooperation.
- Electricity is available fro all spaces, vendors must supply all electric cords and extra lighting. (No generators or open flames please.)
- Tables and chairs are available. Please indicate the number of tables needed on the registration form.
- Vendors will supply all dividers, canopies, tablecloths, signage, brochures and labor
- Exits, fire-lanes and walkways must remain clear at all times
